Southern Africa Lodges
Our exclusive lodges in southern and East Africa each offer something unique for you on your African adventure. All of our lodges are situated in unique wilderness areas with incredible settings, some of which include riverbanks, a private-island, dense bush hideaways and even a raised rocky outcrop.
Each lodge has its own unique identity, from thatched chalets to luxurious tented camps; open-air bathrooms to rock pools built into the surrounding rock. Our lodges are privately owned, with no more than ten chalets each. Guests can spend time alone or mingling (or a little bit of both), but will never feel overcrowded. With an emphasis on attention to detail and personal service, staff at all our lodges and camps are trained to ensure your comfort and happiness. Whether it’s an active, outdoor experience or relaxation you’re after, our lodges will provide – you decide.

Zambelozi Island Lodge

Thorntree River Lodge

Mankwe Bush Lodge
Mankwe Bush Lodge is one of our exclusive bush camps and forms part of a private concession open to the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana. Its exclusive mounted bush tents are set amongst the classic wild mopani bush, and you will often see big game such as elephant, kudu and even rhino in and around the area. Leopards and hyenas are also seen nearby, usually as evening falls, and the lodge’s bush setting provides guests with a true sense of Africa.

Chongwe River Camp
Chongwe River Camp is situated on the confluence of the Chongwe and Zambezi rivers, directly opposite the Mana Pools National Park in Zimbabwe.
