Flight duration is approximately 45 minutes either way.

ROAD TRANSFERS
Road transfers can be arranged to and from Madikwe Game Reserve at an additional cost.
A complete quotation will be forwarded to you upon such a request.

Eight large luxury air-conditioned suites, complete with fireplaces, outside showers, and great views. (Family Suite consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen.) The combined lodges can accommodate a maximum of sixteen guests. For privacy and exclusivity 4, 6 & 10 bed configurations available.

Rates quoted are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured.

• How To Book
To make a reservation, please contact us via our website, by phone or by e-mail. You will then receive a booking form, which should be filled out and returned to us. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation. If the amount outstanding is not paid 30 days prior to arrival, African Luxury Hideaways reserves the right to, at its own discretion, regard the booking as cancelled.

• Cancellation by the client
Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing. If a booking is cancelled 30 days or fewer prior to arrival, the full deposit will be retained by African Luxury Hideaways

Booking Cancellations:
21 - 30 days prior to arrival - 40% total amount payable
14 - 21 days prior to arrival - 60% total amount payable
14 - less days prior to arrival - 100% total amount payable
